Louise Brooks

Mary Louise Brooks (1906-1985) was a dancer, showgirl and silent film actress best known for her bobbed haircut, easily related to “flapper style”.
A fashion journalist described her with these words: ““Camellia skin, dark eyes and black silky hair, lucid like a Chinese varnish”.
She had an independent soul and after her career as an actress she started to write and paint until her death on 1985.
