Yale Joel (1919-2006) was an American photographer. He was a member of Life magazine photography staff for over 25 years.
He developed a reputation as the “photographer of the impossible”.
Louise Dahl-Wolfe (1895-1989) was an American Photographer most known for her fashion photos.
She worked at Harper’s Bazaar from 1936 to 1958 in associaton with Diana Vreeland. She left Harper’s Bazaar in 1958 when a new art director tried to exert influence on her work and until 1960, year of her retirement, she worked at Vogue and other magazines.
